LayerGlyph uses a browser extension to fetch your Kindle highlights directly into your browser. Data is never sent to an external server — everything stays on your device.
Unzip the downloaded file somewhere easy to find, like your Desktop.

Turn on Developer mode
Open "chrome://extensions" in your address bar and enable "Developer mode" in the top right.

Load unpacked
Click "Load unpacked" and select the unzipped folder.
Once loaded, this page and the dashboard will automatically detect the installation — no reload needed. Loading via "Developer mode" is an official Chrome feature and is safe to use.
